PSG Konsult Ltd in Bellville, Western Cape, seeks a Paraplanner to provide efficient administrative support to advisers and manage client portfolios. You will assist with processing transactions, client communications and basic financial planning tasks.

You will prepare statements of advice, review portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. A BCom in finance or related field, 3–5 years’ experience, and a valid driver’s license are required; CFP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning / Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics)) is the core degree.
• CFP and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning is advantageous for this role.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry is required.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.

Responsabilités

• Formulate financial plan documents and risk management documents in line with adviser strategy and compliance.
• Prepare statement of advice documentation as required.
• Review portfolio reports and ensure investment strategies meet client objectives.
• Review and adjust client risk coverage as circumstances change and report actions taken.
• Maintain CRM systems and assist with diary management and new business processes.
• Provide client enquiries handling and quotations support.
