About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Planning Manager to lead their financial planning and analysis functions in Mahikeng . This senior role will oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing critical financial insights to support business strategy and operational efficiency. You will collaborate extensively with department heads and senior leadership to drive financial performance and resource allocation. This is a key leadership position within the North West's financial sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization.


• Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and scenario analyses.


• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.


• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and drivers.


• Provide financial guidance and support to various business units and strategic initiatives.


• Continuously improve financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan), and advanced Excel skills.
