Placements24 seeks a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our team in Mahikeng. This hybrid role delivers strategic financial insights to guide profitability and growth, developing models, budgets, forecasts and performance analyses.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to translate business objectives into actionable financial plans, support senior leadership with reporting, and contribute to the firm's financial strategy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and financial modeling.
• Experience with FP&A software such as Anaplan, Hyperion or SAP BPC is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
