We're Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (10-Month Contract)

A global leader in the manufacturing space is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their dynamic team on a 10-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving process improvements, and contributing to a high-impact business transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee monthly management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and group financial submissions.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making across senior leadership.
• Guide and support the finance team through hands-on leadership and mentorship.
• Develop and enhance financial models, reports, and processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements and reporting standardisation to streamline operations.
• Spearhead the local transition to a new global reporting tool (OneStream).
• Partner with key stakeholders to improve financial performance and reporting.
• Oversee and validate balance sheet reconciliations and Capex spend vs actuals.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of SAP and ERP systems.
• Play a key role in the integration of business operations and project-manage the merger of two related entities.
• Support accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Provide frontline support for business intelligence tools like Qlikview.

What We’re Looking For:

• Finance-related degree with a professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years' commercial finance experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong background in project management and business analysis in medium to large organisations.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and optimise financial systems.
• Exposure to multinational or global business environments would be advantageous.
