Financial Planning Analysis Manager (Cape Town)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
2. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
3. Lead the financial planning and analysis team in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
4. Collaborate with other departments to gather data and insights to support financial planning and decision-making
5. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
6. Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

1. CIMA or CA(SA)
2. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
4. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications
