Below is a basic description of your day-to-day duties, because each new employee has a different level of industry experience or qualification the below might not be the exact duties when you start and you might have to start within the ‘training -phase’ but all will be discussed if you are invited for an interview.

  1. Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
  2. Developing Financial Solutions: Create customized financial plans based on clients' goals and financial situations, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
  3. Investments Local and Offshore: Provide informed and strategic investment advice, considering clients' risk tolerance, investment horizon, and financial objectives.
  4. Insurance Planning: Assess clients' insurance needs and provide recommendations for life and health.
  5. Retirement Planning: Assist clients in planning for retirement by developing strategies for savings, pension utilization, and other retirement income sources.
  6. Tax Strategies & Estate Planning: Implement tax-efficient strategies to optimize client’s financial situation and minimize tax liabilities.
  7. Marketing & Personal Branding: Stay updated on financial market trends, economic indicators, and investment products to provide timely and relevant advice.
  8. Business Financial Structuring: Assist business owners in optimizing their financial resources, reduce risks, and enhance profitability by creating a tailored framework for managing finances effectively.
  9. Client Education: Educate clients on financial concepts, investment options, and the importance of financial planning to empower them to make informed decisions.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Matric.
  2. Own reliable vehicle and laptop.
  3. Bachelor’s degree (BCom, BA, LLB, or related degree)
  4. Bilingual – English and Afrikaans (advantageous)

Desired Skills & Competencies:

·Experience in sales/key accounts/customer relations/marketing/business development.

·Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain quality client relationships.
