Compensation & Rewards

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and prospecting.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to assess financial needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Offer professional financial advice with a focus on client retention and long-term financial planning.
- Monitor client portfolios, manage policy renewals, and address unpaid premiums or cancellations.
- Apply risk management principles to maintain a profitable client portfolio.
- Utilize financial planning tools and industry knowledge to support clients effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
- Client-centric approach with a commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Proficiency in computers and technology for managing client portfolios.
- Degree or relevant industry qualifications (preferred).
- RE5 Certification (preferred but not required).
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Financial industry experience (advantageous).
