My client is looking for a Financial Operations Lead to join their fast-growing, tech-driven company that’s revolutionizing how large-scale events are managed and monetized.

As the Financial Operations Lead, you’ll take ownership of our end-to-end financial workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across payments, reconciliations, reporting, and financial compliance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to support both internal operations and our network of clients and partners.

As a Financial Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Lead and optimize financial operations including invoicing, collections, disbursements, and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the finance and product teams to improve payment flows and reporting tools
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, processes, and documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial operations across departments

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in financial operations or a similar environment
Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and payment platforms
Proven ability to manage complex processes and improve operational efficiency
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Xero)
