2. Spearhead the company's BBBEEE transformation efforts, tracking progress and ensuring continuous improvement.
3. Oversee the development of transformation-related financial strategies and initiatives.
4. Collaborate with senior management to drive change across the business, focusing on sustainable and inclusive growth.
5. Ensure alignment with empowerment policies and regulations.
6. Work independently while influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom degree (or related qualification).
• At least 3 years of experience in transformation-focused roles, specifically in ESG and BBBEEE.
• Deep understanding of BBBEEE codes and ESG reporting frameworks.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for making an impact.
