Overview

Our client is looking for a FM with experience in Golf or Hospitality

This is a hands-on position based in Pretoria.

Preference will be given to candidates living in Pretoria or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Full Function Accounting, Admin and Financial Management.
• Daily cash ups and capturing of these transactions.
• Debtors Invoicing
• Supplier recons and Payments
• Various Month end journals
• VAT calculations
• Bank recons
• Depreciation, provisions etc
• Clearing of spending accounts; league fees, committee fees etc
• ROE calculations
• Employment equity reporting
• Balance sheet recons
• Rounds recons and Membership STATS
• Recon of Overheads
• Petty Cash
• System controls
• Payroll
• Statutory payroll submissions: EMP201, EMP501
• Integration of two systems over month end
• Any other ad hoc tasks that may arise

Monthly reporting:

Management accounts which include:

• Income statement
• Statement of Financial Position
• Cashflow
• Departmental reporting
• Variance reporting
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
