Are you a commercially minded CA(SA) with strong FMCG experience and a passion for driving financial performance through strategic insight?

As the Financial Manager : Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health of our Commercial division. This is more than just a numbers role - you'll provide financial insights that shape pricing strategies, evaluate new business opportunities, optimise product profitability, and support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing. Youll analyse sales trends, track key KPIs (including revenue growth and ROI), and ensure robust financial planning and reporting aligned with our business goals.

Duties :

  • Partner with the Commercial team to drive financial performance and cost efficiencies

Job Experience & Skills Required :

Qualifications :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • BCom Accounting
  • BCom Honours / CTA
  • CA(SA) / CIMA
  • Experience :

  • CA(SA) qualification is essential
  • 810 years' experience in finance
  • Experience in the FMCG sector (essential)
  • Syspro or similar ERP experience (advantageous)
