Listed Property Group based in Cape Town CBD has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Manager to join their team. Report directly to the CFO and to the MD and be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. Staff management experience essential.

A CA(SA) is essential for the role coupled with 2-5 years post article experience within the Property / Real Estate Sectors (essential). Understanding of property / development and leases . KPI's include : overseeing financial and planning, budgeting and forecasting; prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports and cashflow projections; ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits and statutory requirements; manage financial risks, cost control and investment strategies; oversee AP, AR and payroll functions; liaise with banks, auditors and other financial institutions; implement and monitor financial polices and internal controls and support senior management in strategic financial decision-making.
