Financial Manager CA(SA) Kempton Park Johannesburg

Our Manufacturing client in Kempton Park is looking for a Financial Manager CA(SA) with up to 10 years’ experience. You need Level 3 tax compliance and Level 4 Financial Accounting experience. Preferably NOT from a financial institution.

Salary: Highly negotiable

Minimum Requirements

1. Matric average of 65% and higher in Mathematics
2. Honours Degree holders / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field
3. Completed SAICA Articles
4. Qualified as CA(SA) - Non-Negotiable
5. Level 3 Tax Compliance: experience as a tax compliance specialist
6. Level 4 Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting experience
7. Full preparation of reports and returns
8. Knowledge of online computer applications (JDE)
9. Sound working knowledge of accounting practices coupled with the ability to write advanced macros and produce high-level spreadsheets and financial modelling
10. Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in a Manufacturing or operations environment
11. Experience managing a team of Accountants
12. Demonstrates understanding of all facets of business operations and interactions, a sound working knowledge of financial management, numeracy, and attention to detail
13. Strong understanding and application of SA income tax, VAT, and other tax legislations
14. Decisive and assertive with the capability to build and maintain professional relationships
