Duties :
- Planning and Forecasting : Contributing to the annual operating plan and setting financial targets, while staying informed about economic changes.
- External Reporting : Ensuring accurate and timely submission of monthly reports to the group, including financial metrics like gross margin, revenue, and net profit.
- Internal Reporting : Providing monthly financial reports to the & EXCO, and developing new reports as needed.
- Accounting : Managing the full accounting function, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Treasury and Cash Management : Overseeing the treasury function, including cash forecasting, payment scheduling, and managing corporate travel cards.
- Annual Financial Audit : Planning and coordinating the annual financial audit and preparing financial statements.
- Performance Monitoring : Analysing financial data, managing financial systems, and ensuring accurate data recording in ERP systems.
- Compliance : Ensuring adherence to financial controls, group directives, and supporting compliance initiatives.
- Project Involvement : Participating in group projects related to cost harmonization, finance compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relations : Building strong relationships with stakeholders and assisting in commercial offer reviews.
- Taxation and Payroll : Managing tax functions, including VAT, payroll taxes, and annual tax returns.
- Driving Business Performance : Improving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in financial performance.
- Leadership : Leading and developing the finance team, and serving as a business partner within the organisation

- Completed SAICA Articles
- 5 / 8 Years Post Article experience in a financial manager role
- Manufacturing exposure is a MUST
