Duties & Responsibilities

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. MUST have minimum 2-3 years of commercial working experience
3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
4. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
5. Fluent in Afrikaans & English
6. Manage Debtors / Creditors Department
7. Manage Treasury functions
8. Reconcile intercompany loans
9. Handle exports accounting and FEC functions
10. Manage Insurance, Provisions & Accruals
11. Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
12. Prepare and analyze monthly management results
13. Coordinate Annual Budget preparation
14. Prepare audit documentation
15. Assist CEO with various requests, projects & responsibilities as needed
16. Own transport/vehicle required
17. Clean criminal & credit record (verification required)
18. Package & Remuneration: Monthly
