Job description

POSITION: Financial Manager CA (SA)
LOCATION: Stellenbosch

Job Purpose

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization.
This includes managing budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations,
and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor daily financial operations including accounting, payroll, invoicing, and audits.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
