CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) is preferred.

Minimum of five years financial management experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven leadership skills.

About the Role :

The Financial Manager will oversee all financial aspects of our production operations. This includes financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cost control, and strategic financial analysis. You will lead the finance team, optimize working capital, and collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and profitability, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
