Financial Manager

My client is a leading FMCG company seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations
• Produce accurate monthly financial reports and reports in line with specific deadlines
• Analyse and interpret financial information
• Budget preparation and cost management
• Manage cash management
• Oversee financial year-end audit
• Prepare and manage VAT, Tax and statutory reporting
• Review, update and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage insurance administration
• Responsible for full payroll function - monthly and bi-weekly payrolls
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
• Lead and manage the finance team

Requirements :

• BCom (Hons) Accounting degree or equivalent with completed articles
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role
• Proven track record of managing a team of at least 3 - 4 team members
