Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
·Preparation, analysis, and management of financial statements and budgets
·Cash flow management and cost control
·Ensure legal and tax compliance
·Manage audit processes
·Forecasting and financial risk management
Property Management:
·Screening and negotiating with potential new tenants
·Management of lease agreements for residential, commercial properties, and tower rentals
·Enforcing lease terms and handling rental collections
·Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
·Maintaining communication with tenants and ensuring regulatory compliance
Minimum Requirements:
·Qualification: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
·Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management, preferably within the agricultural sector
·Property Knowledge: Experience in property rentals and management is a strong advantage
·Software Proficiency: Xero Accounting Software, SimplePay, Microsoft Office
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
·Ability to work independently and think strategically
