Job summary

Pillangó Placements in Northcliff seeks a hands-on Financial Manager to join a small, entrepreneurial team managing ~40 entities across mining, retail, game farms and property development. You will own treasury, payroll, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax and governance, reporting to the owner.

You should have 3–5 years post-articles experience, SAICA/SAIPA articles preferred, Afrikaans and English fluent, and be comfortable in a practical, detail-focused environment with multi-entity

Job description

A well-established diversified investment group based in Northcliff is looking for a hands-on Financial Manager to join a small, close-knit office team. The group has interests across areas such as mining, retail, game farms and property development, with approximately 40 entities under management.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable working closely with an entrepreneurial business owner. It is not a large corporate environment — the successful person will need to be practical, involved and willing to get into the detail when required.
