Financial Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant who can fill the role of a Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial activities within the company, including budget preparation, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. They will also be responsible for overseeing the finance team and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all financial activities within the company
2. Prepare and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
3. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
4. Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital
5. Full Accounting up to TB
6. Manage the finance team and ensure timely completion of financial tasks

1. SAICA completed
2. Pastel experience
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
4. Minimum of 2 year post article experience
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
