Then we are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop financial and tax strategies in consultation with external auditors
  • Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
  • Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
  • Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
  • Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
  • Manage the accounting departments
  • Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced
  • Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
  • Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
  • Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
  • Report on financial results
  • Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
  • Arrange for debt and equity financing
  • Maintain banking relationships

KEY SKILLS

  • Qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Knowledge of SAGE 300
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
