What We’re Looking For :

• Education : Accounting or equivalent with at least 7 years in a similar role.
• Industry Experience : Consulting engineering industry preferred.
• Skills : Cross-border experience, foreign currencies, strong accounting and financial skills, advanced MS Excel, and ProMan knowledge.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings.
• Prepare and present management accounts and business unit reports.
• Oversee statutory and QMS audits.
• Monitor financial performance across the Group.
• Budget preparation and management.
• Provide financial insights to / Head of Corporate Services and clients.
• Manage cash flow, VAT returns, accounts receivable / payable, fixed assets, and tax administration.
• Interact with banks, auditors, and support accounting functions within the company.
• Drive results through hands-on management and supervision of the team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 : 2015 and BMS standards.

Special Requirements :

• Ability to travel within South Africa and Africa.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
