POSITION INFO :

Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, to ensure efficiencies in financial management

Compile accurate management accounts, variance reporting, cash flow forecasts as well as finalisation of audited annual financial statements

Negotiate favourable terms of facilities with service providers

Ensure accurate measurement, evaluation, and reporting of production costs as well as regular stock management

Manage and develop team members to their full potential, further ensuring that performance outcomes are achieved according to the required standards

Oversee the procurement function, further ensuring strict adherence to procurement standards and operational efficiencies

Support analysis of the profitability of capex and investment initiatives

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements that include income task submissions to SARS, compliance with VAT, Income Tax, PAYE, UIF, and management of retirement funds; as well as industry requirements

Qualification :

CA(SA) or ACMA,CGMA or PA(SA) or AGA(SA) and Financial Management experience
