Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Manager to lead the financial operations of our OEM

manufacturing facility based in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant

[CA(SA)] with a passion for finance, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of the manufacturingenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and reporting to local and global stakeholders.

- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance with IFRS and local regulati

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.

- Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to drive cost control, efficiency, and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including SARS, VAT, and other tax obligations.

- Coordinate with external and internal auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

- Oversee stock management and conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and control.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
