Job summary

ARCS, a Gauteng-based dealership, seeks a Financial Manager to oversee the full finance function, including monthly accounts and reporting. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, ensuring compliance with standards and internal controls.

You will manage the finance team, reconcile manufacturer accounts, and provide strategic recommendations to management. Fluent in English and Afrikaans is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial management within motor dealership industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities.

• Excellent analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Clear criminal, credit and qualification verification checks.
