- Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to senior management
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting
- Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
- Collaborate with other departments to offer financial guidance for informed decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with 2+ years in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead a medium-sized team (approx. 10 people)
- Experience in Construction and Property finance is highly advantageous
