Qualifications

• CA (SA) avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience en finance, comptabilité, budgétisation et gestion.
• Expérience avec les audits PEPFAR est un atout.
• Valid code 08 drivers licence et un dossier de crédit / criminel clair.

Responsibilities

• Surveillez les opérations de gestion financière et de comptabilité.
• Préparez et examinez les rapports financiers mensuels.

Job Description :

Oversee financial management and accounting functions, including supervision of project bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

Manage electronic payments, fixed asset register accuracy, and ensure compliance with funder and statutory deadlines

Lead audit processes for both internal and external fund-related and statutory audits

Monitor and ensure efficient cash flow and inter-account transfers

Prepare and review monthly financial reports and ensure timely submissions to funders

Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and external stakeholders

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Guide and support finance staff, delegate responsibilities, and engage in performance reviews

Skills & Experience :

Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills

Experience with PEPFAR audits is advantageous

Strong report writing, communication, and organisational skills

Valid code 08 drivers licence and clear credit / criminal record

Qualification :

CA (SA) with at least 3 years experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and management, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years post-articles experience
