Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence Manager to join a busy deals team. You will lead due diligence engagements across industries for corporates, PE funds and lenders and work on earnings, cash flow and working capital analyses. You will translate findings into client-ready write-ups and presentations.

You will also support proposals, valuations, and JSE advisory work, while mentoring junior team members and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• CA(SA), CFA, MBA, or a Master’s in Finance (or similar).
• 3–5 years' post-articles corporate finance experience.
• Hands-on transaction due diligence experience at manager level.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Solid IFRS knowledge and financial statement analysis.
• Commercial instinct and deal understanding beyond numbers.
• Sharp writing and presentation skills; explain why it matters.
• A steady head under pressure and curiosity about business/strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence engagements across diverse industries for corporates, PE funds and lenders.
