A leading organization in healthcare is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires significant experience in financial oversight, particularly within international donor frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance leadership, with a mission to enhance financial practices aligned with organizational goals.
The Finance Director will be the primary point of contact to oversee all financial aspects of the organisation. Responsible for the overall financial management for all projects across the organisation including: project bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, administration, sub-recipients/sub-partners, payroll and staff management. Oversees the finance team, payroll team and the grants and compliance/legal team.
