Job Scope:

• Oversight of the full finance function including financial reporting, budgeting, billing, and fund accounting
• Provide strategic insights to enable data-driven decision-making and long-term planning
• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk mitigation across the business
• Manage operational aspects such as payroll, creditors/debtors, and compliance with IFRS and South African financial regulations
• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing finance team, driving performance and succession planning

Education:

• CA(SA)
• 10 years post-articles experience, ideally across industries including financial services

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role within a regulated environment
• Strong operational finance and commercial insight, with advanced analytical and strategic capability
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, South African tax laws, and financial compliance

• Hands-on experience with financial risk management, internal controls, and audit processes
