Job description

Your Team Responsibilities:

Financial Data Associate is responsible for managing, reviewing, and resolving fund and holdings level data queries in accordance with established SLAs and precision standards. The Financial Data Associate will also provide support to clients. This role requires on-going work status and update reporting/notifications to multiple channels and involve project management and coordinating supplemental data research programs as well as manage various, ad-hoc client or product driven data reconciliation projects and other initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the TPM platform with a focus on Liquid Market and Private Capital transparency data, as well as the rest of the PCS product suite, and how our products fit into client’s organizations and their processes.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the asset management industry, as well as a deep understanding of the TPM platform to be able to deliver creative solutions to our clients. Provide best practices and work with clients to develop their system use strategy
  • Provide first – tier data support, addressing fund level data related inquiries via email, phone calls and Microsoft teams meeting for key clients.
  • Coordinate with teams internally to achieve end to end fulfillment of requests. This involves determining and defining each project plan, scoping, and objective setting for each client involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop various documents, materials, and reporting templates to facilitate the successful execution of each client’s data utilizing best practices, techniques, and standards
  • Support the smooth execution of clients’ transparency data requirements, including managing custom data needs.
  • Focus on bringing all necessary stakeholders across departments to address gaps and pain-points in data fulfillment and provide ongoing maintenance and support via client service or clients directly as necessary
  • Proactively examine all data, processes, and technologies to evaluate the current state and critical problems for clients.

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, or similar field a plus, but not required).
  • 2-4 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domain expertise in investment analytics a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus.
  • Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM is a plus.
  • Training, consulting, or client presentation experience a plus.
