Key Responsibilities

1. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support our ambitious growth plans.
2. Navigate the financial landscape with finesse, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
3. Implement and enhance financial controls and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
4. Provide insightful analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision-making across the organization.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial expertise and fostering a culture of financial responsibility.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12), BCom, BCom Honours / CTA, CA(SA)
• Experience: Completed Articles, preferably at BIG 4 Audit firms; Proven 1 year post-article experience outside audit firms; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Skills & Competencies: Financial Analysis and Reporting, Compliance and Risk Management, Strategic Financial Management, Process Optimization, Leadership and Team Collaboration
