Job Description

• Financial management of costs and recovery, including monthly variance analysis against budget per cluster.
• Participate in monthly management meetings to discuss cluster performance with the Cluster Head.
• Prepare budgeting and forecasting for the cluster.
• Develop and maintain transparency of IT costs and cost drivers.
• Manage relationships with clients.
• Oversee provisions and debtors controls.
• Translate financial reports for non-financial and IT technical stakeholders.
• Identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve financial processes and controls for effectiveness.
• Perform month-end journal entries.
• Manage monthly, half-year, and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile headcount and debtors monthly.

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)) qualification, or BCom with completed articles.
• 2-3 years of relevant finance experience in IT and/or financial services.
• Strong financial knowledge and experience with financial statements, along with proficient Excel skills.
• Technology-savvy with the ability to understand IT-related concepts.
