A technology adoption services company in Milnerton is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee transactional finance operations across South Africa and the UK. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable processes, preparing management accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in financial operations and strong leadership skills. This role requires in-office presence 3 days a week, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

The Role:
This position sits within our Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Director and taking full responsibility for Kocho's transactional process across both South Africa and all UK entities.
You will lead the Transactional Finance Team to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business, as well as providing in-country technical finance support in South Africa for the Management Accounts Team.
This will involve proactively managing and maintaining:
AR and AP Transactional Processes: This will involve managing the team to ensure good process controls on customer invoices, supplier bills and all associated double-entry, e.g. revenue recognitions, prepayments, accruals and allocations
Kocho SA Annual Filling, Tax and VAT management: this will involve working with an external party to ensure all business commitments are met, no fines are incurred and Transfer Pricing and International VAT Reclaims are processed accurately.
