Job description

We require a skilled Financial Controller to manage finances, ensure compliance, and provide strategic support to the Financial Manager. Strong financial expertise and communication skills are essential. Experience with Xero required. Position based in George vicinity.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Grade 12 with pure Maths and Accounting
  • More than 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with a HOA environment
  • Experience working on Xero

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate records related to owner accounts and levies.
  • Ensure precise processing of property transfers and sales transactions.
  • Facilitate clear communication with owners and relevant parties.
  • Produce and interpret financial reports for informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts.
  • Uphold accurate accounting practices and financial documentation.
  • Safeguard financial stability by monitoring expenses and cash flow.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.
