  4. SAP experience is a significant advantage
  5. Experience with BPC 11 (Material Stock Control), Opera, Micros, and MS Office

  • Maximize cash flow performance of the hotel
  • Establish and enforce controls for all revenues and asset protection to enhance guest service
  • Provide financial guidance for the formulation and implementation of the hotel business plan and departmental budgets
  • Develop people and manage teams effectively
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in a similar hospitality role, maintaining high standards and team management skills
  • Be commercially aware and a natural problem solver
  • Driven and ambitious, inspiring the team to deliver and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills and clear thinking
  • Strong knowledge of Opera Property Management System, payroll, budget, and revenue systems
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
