Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CRM and sales processes is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure customer details in the CRM are accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be first contact for queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Support business development tasks and identify potential sales opportunities.
