We’re looking for a Financial Manager: Commercial to join our clients dynamic finance team and act as a true business partner to the Commercial department.

Are you a commercially minded CA(SA) with strong FMCG experience and a passion for driving financial performance through strategic insight?

As the Financial Manager: Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health of our Commercial division. This is more than just a numbers role - you'll provide financial insights that shape pricing strategies, evaluate new business opportunities, optimise product profitability, and support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing. You’ll analyse sales trends, track key KPIs (including revenue growth and ROI), and ensure robust financial planning and reporting aligned with our business goals.

Duties:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • BCom Accounting
  • BCom Honours / CTA
  • CA(SA) / CIMA

Experience:

  • CA(SA) qualification is essential
  • 8–10 years' experience in finance
  • Experience in the FMCG sector (essential)
  • Syspro or similar ERP experience (advantageous)

  • Time Management - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Technical Proficiency - Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro experience advantageous)
