Financial Clerk job vacancy in Pretoria East.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Form part of an accounting team
• Attend planning meetings in relation to clients
• Perform various reconciliations
• Process client’s cash books to Trial Balance
• Calculate, reconcile and submit EMP201.s and EMP501’s via efiling
• Compilation of management accounts and financial statements for Close Corporations and Trusts.
• Liaise with clients
• Complete agreed upon procedures
• Ensure Engagement letters are received and on file
• Obtain bank confirmations
• Attend all training organised by the firm
• Complete Performance reviews
• All admin duties relating to completion of a client file.

Requirements:

• BCom degree (or final year of studies)
• Own transport
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans due to client base
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
