We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Financial Skills & Documentation Tools)

Location: [Johannesburg / Remote]

Contract Length: [12 Months or Permanent conversion from contract]

Start Date: February 2025

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong financial skills and expertise in business process documentation. If you're passionate about financial analysis, requirements gathering, and translating complex business processes into clear, actionable documentation, this role might be for you!

What You'll Do:

  1. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data, assess trends, and develop clear business insights for decision-making.
  2. Business Process Documentation: Use tools like UML, Aris, or other similar documentation tools to document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure they align with financial objectives.
  4. Process Improvement: Help identify areas for improvement within business processes, focusing on increasing efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Strong business analysis background with a focus on financial processes.
  2. Familiarity with UML, Aris, or similar documentation tools.
  3. Ability to articulate financial and business requirements clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
