Day in the life of a Financial Assistant

• Payments to providers
• Cash flow aggregation
• Accounts receivable recons
• Price adjustments and corrections in CRM system - 50% of the role
• Resolving help desk tickets
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Assist with purchase orders
• Capturing of supplier invoices
• Month end capturing
• Reconciling inter company loan accounts
• Ensure all creditors invoices are VAT compliant
• General administration duties

Key Skills

• Grade 12
• Completed Accounting Diploma/Degree
• 2 years experience working in a financial department
• Experience doing reconciliations

Beneficial Skills
