Job description

My client, a well established company based in Somerset West, is seeking to employ a Financial Assistant with at least 3 - 5 years experience to join and grow with the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years financial experience
  • Computer literate (Pastel Essential)
  • English and Xhosa communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize important and urgent tasks
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Capture and reconcile cash books, petty cash, and credit card transactions
  • Capture supplier invoices and handle associated filing of invoices
  • Issue customer invoices and send monthly statements
  • Assist with journals
  • Handle various finance-related duties which are assigned
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:45
Friday: 07:30 – 15:45
