An established industry player is seeking a Financial Assistant to join their project management team. The role involves providing essential finance and accounting services, including data capture and reporting using a specialized management system. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least five years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for processing payment certificates, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and supporting project managers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Assistant will provide general finance and accounting services to the project management team with responsibilities primarily involving data capture and reporting using the PMIS (Primavera Unifier) as the primary system (in-house training will be provided).
The incumbent will report to the Finance Specialist but will take direction from the Project Director and support the Project Managers as required.
