Financial Analyst (Ca(Sa) + Buildsmart + Mda)

Our client is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst and leader for a high-pressure environment.

Must be able to manage junior staff, meet deadlines, and be a team player. Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Preparation of construction costs per project and report on performance against signed off budgets.
2. Preparation of monthly reporting packs for Plant, Construction, Facilities, and Procurement divisions.
3. Prepare financial models to assess the viability of new projects.
4. Review wages payroll fortnightly and associated monthly PAYE, Provident Fund, and Group Risk submissions.

Must have up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation, exchange control regulations, IFRS & Financial modelling, and be highly computer literate. Must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience and have knowledge of Buildsmart & MDA Property Management Systems.
