Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and log follow-ups and actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships; first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and compliance with codes of conduct.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders.
