Ideal Candidate

1. Experienced professionals with 10+ years in the industry.
2. Earns R 80,000+ commission per month, including:
3. 30–50% recurring commissions (policies and investments already on the books)
4. 50–70% new business commissions (new clients)
5. Vested advisors with 5 to 6 years of experience.
6. Earns R 50,000+ commission per month, including:
7. 20–40% recurring commissions
8. 60–80% new business commissions
9. Junior / Partially Vested Adviser with 2 to 4 years of experience.
10. Earns R 30,000+ commission per month, including:
11. 10–20% recurring commissions
12. 80–90% new business commissions

Responsibilities

• Source and meet potential clients to analyze their financial needs.
• Design personalized strategies and recommend solutions to help clients meet their financial objectives.
• Conduct risk analysis and respond to clients' changing needs and circumstances.
• Provide expert financial advice, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
• Offer investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products.
• Monitor financial market trends to ensure effective planning and identify necessary updates.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of industry experience in sales, finance, financial planning, or wealth management.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business.
