Roles Available:
- Senior / Career Advisor: Ideal candidates are experienced professionals with 10+ years in the industry. Earn R 80,000+ in commission per month, including 30–50% recurring commissions (from policies and investments already on the books) and 50–70% from new business (new clients).
- Junior / Vested Adviser: Suitable for vested advisors with 5 to 6 years of experience. Earn R 50,000+ in commission per month, with 20–40% recurring commissions and 60–80% from new clients.
- Junior / Partially Vested Adviser: For junior vested advisors with 2 to 4 years of experience and RE qualification. Earn R 30,000+ in commission per month, with 10–20% recurring commissions and 80–90% from new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source and meet potential clients to analyze their financial needs.
- Design personalized strategies and recommend solutions to meet clients' financial objectives.
- Conduct risk analysis and respond to clients' changing needs and circumstances.
- Provide expert financial advice, including retirement, estate, and tax planning.
- Offer investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure effective planning and necessary updates.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, finance, financial planning, or wealth management.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business.
