Role Overview

My client is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Financial Planners / Advisors who are ready to take ownership of their growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses and prepare tailored financial plans.
  • Provide advice and implement solutions across investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth transfer.
  • Educate and empower clients to make informed financial decisions.
  • Grow and manage a profitable practice through disciplined business development activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with FAIS, FICA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed agreed production and activity targets.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality client base through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver holistic financial solutions to meet clients evolving needs.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to keep plans on track and strengthen long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Independent contractor
  • Matric certificate.
  • FAIS-recognised qualification (NQF5 or higher).
  • RE5 certification.
  • COB certification (especially 3 & 7).
  • 13 years of proven experience in financial planning or advisory.
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and retention.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to run and grow a business.
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Settling-in allowance : R25,000 per month for the first 2 months (training phase).
  • Earnings model : Performance-based commission structure.
  • Incentives : Participation in the Channel Performance Incentive and Franchise Incentive programmes, rewarding top performers for sustainable business growth.
