Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, routing complex matters.
